Para la salsa, se ponen a cocer los jitomates, se dejan enfriar y se muelen en la licuadora con los dientes de ajo y la cebolla. Esta salsa se sazona con el consom\u00e9 en polvo y pimienta. Se agregan los ravioles ya cocidos y escurridos en un colador (no necesitan lavarse con agua fr\u00eda).
