En una sart\u00e9n con el aceite de olivo se fr\u00ede la cebolla, se mueve constantemente durante cinco minutos para que se dore, se agrega el ajo y el cilantro, se sazona con el consom\u00e9 y se a\u00f1aden las espinacas, se dejan fre\u00edr tres minutos y se tapa el sart\u00e9n.
