Agregar la merluza desmenuzada y cocer un poco. A\u00f1adir las yemas y a continuaci\u00f3n las claras a punto de turr\u00f3n. Enmantequillar un molde y colocar la mezcla. Meter al horno ya precalentado. Cuando haya subido y gratinado est\u00e1 en su punto.
