Poner los huevos a cocer picaros e incorporarlos a la carne. Poner en un refractario la mezcla y extenderla bien, echar el pur\u00e9 de papa (extendido en toda la carne) y encima poner un poco de queso rallado. Meter al horno a gratinar.
